Performance Level (PL)
ISO 13849 safety classification: PLa (lowest) through PLe (highest). Determines the safety-related parts of control systems' (SRP/CS) reliability and architecture requirements. Machinery-side analog to automotive's ASIL.
Why It Matters
ISO 13849 is the machinery world's equivalent of ISO 26262. PL classification drives architecture (single-channel vs dual-channel) and diagnostic-coverage requirements.
How Roboticks Implements It
Same as ASIL: requirement.asil_pl field, ReqIF round-trip preserves the attribute, matrix filters by PL.
